Property currently has some missing tiles on the balcony, these will be repaired when the HOA does balcony repairs in September.
The Space:
Living Area
The comfortable living space has natural light flowing in for a bright, charming space. Everyone has plenty of room to kick back and relax after a long day on the beach on the luxurious leather sofa and several armchairs. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils, ready to whip up a local seafood dish. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or kitchen bar with plenty of seating.
Bed and Bath
This large three-bedroom unit is located on the 5th floor with beautiful beach views. In the spacious primary bedroom, you will find a king-size bed with access to the private balcony and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The secondary bedrooms are located near the entry; the first bedroom on the left features a queen-size bed. The second bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with two twin-size beds and additional twin-size trundle. In the hallway, the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo and you will also find the convenient washer and dryer.
Outdoor Area
Access the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the main bedroom and the living area. On this fantastic balcony, 4 Adirondack chairs and table give your group plenty of space to sit back and relax.
Guest Access:
*Romar Tower does require parking passes. The complex charges $35/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Romar Tower is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach. Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips!
Getting Around:
Romar Tower is located on Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach. If coming from the Beach Express, take a left onto Canal Road and a right on Hwy 161. At the dead end take a right onto Perdido Beach Blvd, and Romar Tower will be on your left in about 2 miles. If coming from State Park Road in Gulf Shores, you will take a left at the light onto Perdido Beach Blvd and Romar Tower will be on your right in about 2.5 miles. Located in between Phoenix West and The Shores Condos.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old to rent at Romar Tower.
