Summary: This condo might not be for everyone so I will review a few things. First off, the Frontdesk was wonderful. The maids keep everything very clean. This condo is very close to lots of activities, town, the beach and restaurants. We did not need a car. It is located on the side of the building away from the marina so you don’t hear the Marina noise but there are lots of early morning deliveries and traffic so it is definitely not quiet. It is also tiny.The listing makes it look larger. The kitchenette was perfect -just enough for quick meals. The balcony does face the street so there is no view at all from the room but there is a nice view from the pool upstairs. The pool and the area surrounding it is great. No hot tub though.There’s a really lovely view from the pool. For the price it is really great but if you want a view, quiet and some space, this might not be the right place for you.
