This clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is a ground floor unit, just across a small courtyard from the sand, with patio views.
The complete kitchen includes dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, and stacked washer/dryer. The living room has 2 comfy leather chairs and a sofa, with cable TV, DVD, and WiFi.
The home sleeps six in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds. This home is most suitable for a family with up to 4 children, rather than 6 adults.
A vertical-type washer/dryer is provided.
Summer rentals are between Saturdays, with a minimum number of nights. We can't offer rentals spanning 2 different weeks, unless the minimum is met in both.

If you book a reservation then you can't come to Carpinteria we will waive the cancellation policy below, but only if someone else books the time you reserved. We will refund 100% of your money if someone books 100% of the time you reserved, or prorate your refund if they book part of the time you reserved.
