A separate living room with a full-size sleeper sofa, TV with cable access & complimentary wireless Internet access, and an iron/ironing board.
A kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, four-burner stovetop, coffee maker everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates four.
Sip your morning coffee on your private oceanfront balcony while enjoying that amazing sunrise, crashing waves, and stunning sunsets complete with seating.
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & rag set as well as STARTER shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soaps, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels.
Beach Colony is located just steps away from the DAZZLING Atlantic shoreline, in just seconds you can soak up the sun or take a stroll up and down the sandy beaches.
We highly suggest having or renting a car. While Uber and Lyft as well as Taxi services are available in the Myrtle Beach area, there are not as many along the Grand Strand as in a major city, as well as it is more economical.
This resort is loaded with fun and excitement, Indoor/Outdoor Bar with Indoor Seating, Poolside Bar, FULL Arcade, Guest Laundry facilities, Fitness Room, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Outdoor Lazy River, Indoor & Outdoor Whirlpool & a Full-Sized Racquetball Court!! Beach Colony Resort has two oceanfront pools that are both heated, great for those cooler months, there is also an indoor pool. The resort also has a Lazy River that you can float around on. Make sure to soak in one of the Hot tubs that are both indoor and outside for your relaxation.

Key-pad door for self-check-in.
There are 2 parking spaces allowed for this condo, and passes will be in your room on arrival. If you happen to be bringing an oversize vehicle, you can request a special parking pass at the front desk. Oversize vehicles are to be parked on the 1st level when you enter the garage. From there, you can take the elevator directly around the corner on the 2nd level.
There is no trailer parking allowed.

Other important things to note
- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.
- Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. You will receive two (2) standard passes. These need to be returned to the unit on departure.
- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.

Summary: The condo was just like in the pictures. It could use a real deep cleaning and some updates, but after I disinfected it myself it was better. Although small, It worked well for 2 adults and 2 children. The tv did not work well and hard to navigate. The beds are not comfortable. When we arrive the one chair on the balcony had a broken piece and I notified the property manager with no response, but we made it work. The parking is good only if you have a small vehicle!! We have an oversized truck so we were very very limited to parking which was frustrating and thankfully after a couple days a lot of people left so it wasn’t as busy. So be aware when going during busy season if you plan on bringing a large SUV or truck. The building itself always seemed clean and the outdoor pool area was nice. Indoor pool was nice as well. The location is close to everything and convenient. Would consider staying in this building again but would bring a smaller vehicle next time.
