Once your reservation has been confirmed with payment, our normal cancellation policy will apply. While we endeavor to keep all guests happy as always, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so during this time. - A selection of popular South African musicians will perform live at the Diaz Hotel & Resort from approximately 15 December until 02 January. The shows promise to bring great atmosphere to the holiday vibe. Although we do appreciate that some of our guests would like to relax while on holiday, it is important to keep in mind that Mossel Bay is very active and busy during the festive season. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation. We endeavor to keep within a considerate time schedule as far as possible during this period, but cannot guarantee it. Positive: The location of the hotel was excellent and the pool facilities were great! The fact that it's so close to a beautiful private beach is awesome. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and the staff were really friendly.
Negative: The apartment that I originally booked didn't match what I got. The noise, the apartment is definitely not sound proof. We could hear every sound from the people above, every shower and toilet flush... The website states a breakage deposit of R1500, however reception charged R1800. When leaving you have to take inventory with one of the staff to ensure your deposit refund but we were told there isn't anyone to help us, so we not sure what happens to the deposit refund now.
