The apartment boasts a furnished private balcony with outstanding 270-degree views with eastern, western, and southern exposures. Beach passes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels included. Also included is a crucial amenity: dedicated off-street driveway parking (this is a must-have during the summer months). Exudes historic charm, including original 1930s stained glass window and cast-iron, claw foot bathtub with shower.
