This raised detached duplex is three blocks from the beach and has a private in-ground pool open year round. There are 4 decks - 3 private decks off bedrooms and 1 off the living area. The house has 2 master suites with private bathrooms, one on each floor. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a large hall bathroom. 3 bedrooms have a queen bed, 1 bedroom has 2 XL twin beds, all have either a dresser or a chest of drawer, and a flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area. All 5 TVs have cable access, a Blue-Ray player is in the living area and 2 bedrooms have DVD players. Free Wi-Fi is available. All bed linens are provided, including blankets for the cooler months. Hand towels, 10 bath towels and 10 wash cloths are also provided for your use. You'll have a 4 seater electric golf cart and 2 beach cruiser bicycles to visit both the Garden City and Surfside Piers as well as the restaurants located in both areas. Covered 2 car parking under house, with room for 2 more cars in front of the house. Street parking is not available. Approx. 10 minute drive to Myrtle Beach. This house has a no-smoking and no-pet policy
