New to rental market the house has been renovated with new paint, all king and Queen beds and 2 twins have new memory foam mattresses. New chair height anti clog toilets in every bathroom. Comes with 6 beach bicycles and beach chairs and toys for renters use. Bright sunny decks with view of ocean from crow's nest. 6 outdoor polywood Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the sun. Highly sought after Section O of Ocean Sands this house is 1 over from the resident/guest only community tennis & pickleball courts and next to the community pool which renters will have access to during their stay. House has 8 person hot tub on 2nd level. Washer and dryer on entry level. Outdoor shower to clean off after a great day at the beach. Easy Parking available for 6 cars. Also 2 flag pole brackets so bring your flag poles to display with pride what's important to you. Roughly 3100 sq ft of living space.
