Positive: Close to the beach. The condo was exactly as described.
Negative: The condo was not cleaned properly. We were very disappointed. The bedroom upstairs had not been cleaned at all. The pillow had blood on it that we found when we had to wash linen. There were dirty socks and lollipops stuck to the carpet under the bed upstairs. The coffee pot had coffee left in it from the previous tenant. Upon arrival we had to clean due to gobs of hair sticking to our feet from the carpeting on the stairs and upper level. I did, however, contact the evolve hostess we were setup with when booking and she offered to have it re-cleaned, but we had already cleaned it at the point. Very disappointing considering you pay additional fees for cleaning services and I’m sure the condo rental property is paying the company to clean and the job isn’t done properly at all.
Summary: The beach is beautiful, the condo could be very nice if cleaned properly.
