This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably sleep up to six guests. It features a full kitchen with granite countertops and seating for two at a breakfast bar. The living room is bright, surrounded by windows and is furnished with a comfortable couch, additional seating and a flat-screen tv. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach with lounge seating.
Down the hall is a work space and bedroom with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen television. There is also a private bathroom in the hall featuring a bathtub/shower combo.
Ascend the winding staircase to find the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens to a private balcony overlooking the pristine emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a stacked washer and dryer.
You will receive two parking passes for your stay.
Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.
Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
