Our beautiful HIGH-FLOOR (there is a nearby elevator) condo sits right on the Tampa Bay with views of the water from the private balcony (which is literally over the water). Our condo comes with all the sunlight and serenity, along with the comfiest bed and full kitchen! The resort itself has a YEAR-ROUND HEATED POOL, outdoor fitness facility, poolside restaurant, on-site convenience store, coin laundry, and free parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed)! Plus 24/7 security for peace of mind. WE'RE JUST MINUTES FROM TPA AIRPORT!
The Space:
A rental agreement must be digitally signed and a legal ID must be provided in order to check-in. This is per the HOA and on-site security and for your own benefit. Any personal information will not be shared other than with the building and will be storied in a manner that is FCC compliant.
Our beautiful, luxury condo is a 4th floor (elevator nearby) 1b/1b with a private balcony overlooking the Tampa Bay and estuary. The condo has an open layout with a private bedroom and gets plenty of natural sunlight while being far enough from the pool / central area to give you absolute peace and quiet. Enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset on the balcony in the evening, or wake up with freshly brewed coffee and dolphins splashing beneath you in the water!

PLEASE NOTE:
- The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!
Laundry Access: The guest laundry room, equipped with washers and dryers, is conveniently located on the same floor as the elevator. It’s a 24-hour coin-operated facility situated on level 3 of the building, ready for your use anytime.
TV Services: Some TVs don’t have cable but support streaming—feel free to log in with your own accounts!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to bayside heated pool and large sun deck, a beautiful fishing pier, bonfire pit, ocean-side grills, outdoor fitness area, full-sized beach volleyball court, 24/7 security, 24/7 front-desk with a guest store (snacks, quick meals, fresh coffee, wine & beer) and helpful business center. There's also a business/meeting room available upon request. The resort also has a poolside bar &grill serving a blend of Mexican, American and seafood appetizers and entrees along with a full cocktail list and LIVE MUSIC!*** PLEASE
Please NOTE: We apologize due to the damage of two category 3 hurricanes, some resort amenities will remain unavailable until end of 2024 or even few months of 2025. If you’re looking to book, please be aware we cannot guarantee the availability of every amenity. While disappointing, this is unavoidable due to our need to have everything fixed so we may be able to provide you a safe and comfortable stay in the future. We will not issue refunds due to unavailable amenities during this time.
The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed).
Getting Around:

- Almost everything is in walking distance
- Uber / Lyft is readily available in the area if you'd like to checkout downtown!
