Bayview Beach House arguably one of our most popular holiday rentals is now back on the holiday market and ready to make your next holiday dreams come true. This amazing property offers it all and then some with ample space for the extended family and friends, swimming pool, fully fenced yard for your pets and much more!
This popular holiday home is highly sought after by those choosing Yamba as their ideal holiday getaway. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite, including second bathroom. Timber floors, a large kitchen, dining and living area with river views and a large verandah to relax and have some sunset sips. Down the internal stairs off the kitchen you will find a seperate room which consists of a bunk bed, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet including a seperate laundry. Perfect for a kids retreat while the parents relax upstairs.
Bayview Beach House also includes a seperate granny flat with external access only. The flat includes a queen bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen and lounge.

Summary: Good property everything you need except linen. Needs some maintenance with front gutter which continually leaked over front steps so slippery annd dangerous, needs pest control down stairs cockroaches. Take garbage bags as pickup of garbage bins was not done before our arrival. So with 8 persons staying had to use garbage bags and leave in garage to go out front on pickup day. Pool was nice, clean and enjoyed by all.
