Positive: The location was great. The condo was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The property managers were horrible. Except for one kind local representative my concerns were largely ignored for too long a period. Four exterior doors were dysfunctional making them nearly impossible to use - sliders stuck, screens torn and handle fell off. It took approximately 30 hours before we could use the doors and the torn screens remained. Additionally, we were never able to dispose of our trash because we were not given the proper key to access it. I spent days seeking help, on the phone, texting and emailing.
Summary: This could have been rated a 9 or 10 except for the very poor property management.
