Summary: The bad: - Upon arrival the entry code provided did not work. We sat on the phone with Vacasa for a long while and they provided a different code. - There’s carpet in the living room and bedroom areas and it’s fairly worn and stained. It did not appear to be vacuumed as I stepped on a sand spur and you could also feel dirt and there were some visible crumbs (we just sucked up this up to try not to complain since we had door issue) - 2nd night we realized there was no remote for the bedroom TV. Once again contacted Vacasa and they closed our case without additional follow up or bringing us a remote as requested. - if you stay more than 2 nights, bring your own soap. The soap provided is about an inch round and no thicker than a quarter. Also bring your own shampoo as none is provided. - there is a low spot under the tub. Be careful, feels like you’re going to fall. The Good: - The views - access to the pier - grills - bring charcoal - the decor is lovely and other than the floor rest of condo was very clean - spacious- king bed and we also noticed there was a blow up bed in the closet plus a sofa - kitchen stocked nicely - great location I’d definitely recommend this place as most of the issues we had, I feel are the management companies fault but after all, they were issues the only reason for the 3 stars.
