Under new ownership as of June 2020, Bayou Oaks Plantation is available to the public for your unique gathering/getaway. Stay in a southern Greek Revival estate on the famous Bayou Liberty. This waterfront estate is only 30 minutes away from the Historic French Quarter, Garden District and Mississippi River. Spend your days exploring the city, antiquing, gaming at local casinos, chartering a fishing boat... Or stay home and relax by the pool, fish from the boat dock or walk the 11 acres taking in the sights of beautiful oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. We keep our calendar up-to-date, so if you wish to make a reservation simply click "Instant Booking" and lock in your dates (maximum stay up to 14 days.) No 3rd party bookings accepted. The quoted price includes 16 people on property including over night guests and day visitors. . Additional guests are $75 per person per day, up to a maximum of 20 guests only with pre-approval, extra guests are not guaranteed accepted. No undisclosed visitors, no guests of guests allowed on property without prior approval. Undisclosed visitors on property result in a fine of $200 per person/day and possible reservation cancelation without refund. A maximum of 10 guest vehicles allowed on property during stay. The rental agreement, along with a photo copy of primary renters current government issued identification must be submitted within a week of booking or cancelation of reservation may occur. The name of booking individual must match the name on payments rendered. Also noted, property is equipped with exterior only cameras and property manager may be on property during guest stay.. Please consider obtaining travel insurance when booking in case of unforseen changes to your travel plans.
