Positive: The price was great, I liked how each room's door was set back off a short ways from the hallway, so it was quieter, many amenities in the rooms, simple continental breakfast was provided. There was an elevator.
Negative: It bothered me that the back door for use with our room key had been taped at the latch or something, so anyone could come in without a key. I was very disappointed with the lack of frienliness of the staff: the 1st worker walked in, tired, from the breakfast area and didn't even look at me and smile. He just walked slowly to the computer and i think just waited, without talking, so i told him my name. He looked it up, and asked if I had prepaid. I couldn't remember, and was pretty tired, but I started to look through my emails and banking online to find my confirmation of the Stat, to see if it was stated. I think that's when the manager or someone came to the counter and he was helping the 1st man find out that info, after they had a few discussions in their own language. I kept getting the gust if what they said (I had paid, and I said, OK, but then the 1st guy kept telling me he was talking to the other man, not me. They finally said I had paid, so the 1st man finished checking me in and the manager left. The manager never did look at me or greet me, either. The 1st guy gave me a key and showed me where it said my room number and wifi password on the key cover. I think I asked about the breakfast. Then he looked at me and said yes, and pointed to where it would be. I asked if we needed to drive to the back of the motel to be closer to our room, after he showed us the map of where our room was. He said no we could just walk down the hall from that main entry area. I have a limp, so my husband and I decided to drive around the back to see if there was a back door. We did see one, which was at the end near our room, so we decided to use that door instead. That's when we noticed the back door had been fixed so anyone could enter it.
