This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome boasts all new furnishings and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and all of the kitchen utensils needed to cook those family meals. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath, and the second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk with memory foam mattresses. Central AC and a Smart TV in the main living area, TVs in each bedroom, and free WiFi are just a few of the many amenities that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy expansive views of Little Sabine Bay from the living room and primary bedroom and an ocean view from the second bedroom.
Guests have access to two paddle-boards which can be launched from the backyard and a private beach chair service for two from March through September (weather permitting). Store your own toys in the spacious ground-floor garage/play area or use the guest-provided toys. All linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Bike and jet ski rentals, para-sailing, and fishing at the pier are also all nearby for some real adventure!
