Summary: Easy, quick communication with the property manager. Getting to the house was easy. Getting in through the gate was a bit tight, so if you have bulky items it may be easier to check-in through the side door and then open the patio and bring larger items in that way. Overall the house was great - 4 stars for the amount of sand left in the shower and on the floor just outside the shower. BUT this place is right on the beach - so just know, there will be sand! (A plus for us). We were able to be on Mission Beach in just a few moments, and walked the strip down to where there are places to hang out, eat, and play on the sand or grass - absolutely stunning! The location could not be better. It was quiet at night, peaceful in the morning & the views were phenomenal! Would stay again :) that way mo
