Only a couple of years young, this cosy townhouse offers an open plan meals & living area, modern kitchen with quality appliances, three large bedrooms, quality furnishings, heating & cooling & courtyard with BBQ & outdoor dining setting.
The living area accommodates a comfortable fabric couch, wall mounted LCD TV with USB playback for the kids, Bluetooth speaker tower & a split system air conditioner for those hot summer days. There are some board games to use for family & friends too.
The Kitchen & meals area is well appointed with modern appliances, stone bench tops, dining setting, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, plenty of storage space & all the other necessities to cook up a storm during your stay.
Downstairs is also fitted with a powder room (toilet, basin & mirror) along with internal access to the garage & laundry with basin & washing machine.
