WELCOME TO BAYA HOUSE! The Baya House is a lovely 'Conch Style' Key West Vacation home. Conveniently located just a block from Duval Street, the Baya House is your perfect Key West getaway! Tucked away in the corner of Windward Park, you be able to relax sitting on the covered porch or upstairs balcony overlooking the community’s spectacular pool. The Baya House has an amazing tropical spirit, reminding you that the beautiful island paradise is all around you! This tropical outside feeling is brought inside with fun & attractive island décor. The vibrant colors and comfortable furniture makes this home the perfect vacation destination for all ages. The first floor has an open-concept design allowing for your entire group to be together. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. The living room and dining room sit under a grand cathedral ceiling that create grandeur in the tropics of Key West. The first floor bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds (can be converted to a king), and a full en suite bathroom. This bedroom room also has French doors opening out to a private deck with a small table, seating, and a gas grill to make your outdoor living complete. Upstairs you will find a spacious master suite with a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a full master bathroom. The balcony from the second story overlooks the pool and the community’s courtyard area. Windward Park is a wonderful community with only 13 units located one block from Duval Street on Truman Avenue. The complex is secured behind a gated front entrance and is built around a courtyard featuring a 50’ x 20’ foot pool and lush, tropical landscaping. While still in the heart of Old Town Key West, this community is private and quiet; the perfect getaway from the busyness of Key West. This unit includes a dedicated parking space. ESTIMATED SQUARE FOOTAGE: 1656 Sq. Ft. NOTE: All rules and regulations of the Windward Park Home Owner’s Association must be followed and the association charges a check-in fee of $50. NOTE: Due to an HOA requirement, this home requires a seven night minimum stay.
