PLEASE NOTE: The unit has been completely restored following the damage incurred by Hurricane Ian. A mold clearance test was received for the unit.
However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until mid 2024. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests. Construction is still occurring during the daytime hours.
The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a large lanai over the water.

Summary: Code to get into unit didn't work. Took a while to resolve. Was managed by a company not an owner. No cable for a day and night. Restoring was challenging. No Pool as advertised. Didn't come to resolve issues as promised. Calling to resolve issues cumbersome. Lost power for a morning. nit was absolutely gorgeous but came with unsettling challenges.
