Summary: While we enjoyed many aspects of our time in Fulton, the property was not the strong point. Space wise and location were just fine.  En suite bathroom - Vanity light burnt out - Toilet runs continually -  Second bathroom - Vanity light burnt out - No sink plug - Shower curtain is torn. - Heating light is burnt out -  Thermostat was difficult to run with no instructions.  Window dressings are quite soiled.  The patio windows draperies could be darker to block out the strong light from the street lights and thereby assist with sleeping.  Main bedroom - Plug-in is in poor repair and shows evidence of possible mold. -  Kitchen - Hot water never gets hot enough - Refrigerator has unsightly rust - Flatware had rust and there were no soup spoons and only 4 forks - Spices in the cupboard are quite dated and should be culled - Many of the pots pans and baking sheets were poorly cleaned - No rubber scrapers - There is a broom but no dust pan - No mop for washing the kitchen floor - No ice cube trays -  Front patio - Furniture is in poor repair from weathering and the seat cushions have mold on them When they water the lawn there is a, what can most kindly be described as, strong stagnant smell. Given the reduced price as a new listing I would consider it a fair deal but would not likely stay here again.
