Positive: I liked the friendly young lady on reception she was very helpful as we had to change our rooms she was very obliging and we change within five minutes with no hassle she had a lovely smile I don’t think she may have had an English accent a very pleasant Young lady
Negative: The heating was poor on a cold note in Wellington may be the rooms could have have a fan heater The windows were not Secure and rattled in the wind The bathroom had no extractor fan which was a problem with the bathroom just Fogged up Apart from this it was a nice stay with nice views and a great location
