The complex sits on the sand and is steps to the bay, and the beach is only 5 blocks away. Also enjoy a 14 mile boardwalk, right outside the complex...great for walking, jogging or riding bikes. Gated underground parking (1 space) with an elevator that takes you to the top floor, and is only a few steps to the unit. Please note: no vehicles over 6ft 5inches will fit in parking garage.
Secure gated complex with bay front community BBQ grills, HEATED POOL and outdoor shower. Excellent location directly located on Sail Bay and 5 blocks to the beach.
