The Bat City House is a 1920's restoration of a classic craftsman home with this recently added private guest quarters located on the lower level, and sits on the hillside just to the west of the heart of downtown Austin. *** Please contact owner prior to any instant booking. ***
With a modern and contemporary style, this 1,800 square feet of private and separate guests' quarters were added during the restoration process. It features a large kitchen/living room open floor plan with large windows for downtown views, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, private and separate entrance and a large private porch with swings and seating area. *** Must contact owner prior to any instant booking. ***
Parking is conveniently located at the street in front of property. Parking is limited to booking guests and homeowners only. A parking pass will be provided to guests at check-in.
