This gorgeous, remodeled home sits high on the hill top in historic Bastrop, TX. It's located in Tahitian Village a unique, hilly and wooded area of Bastrop. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. It offers two driveways for larger trucks or Rv's. Located only minutes from downtown Bastrop and Smithville. Bastrop State Park is only 7-8 minutes away. Downtown Austin, Circuit of Americas and Austin Airport are a short 35 minute drive. Home is remote with secluded, private fenced backyard and sits on almost one acre of wooded cliffs with large patio area with outdoor seating. Enjoy the cliff top views above a creek, while using the gas fire pit. There is also a covered patio with patio furniture & a gas grill supplied for grilling. The smaller children can enjoy the play set with swings and sandbox. There are many restaurants, shopping, antique stores and much more in both Bastrop and Smithville. A short 4 minute drive to Pine Forest Golf Club. The entire interior has been newly remodeled and nicely furnished. The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with bar stools, 42" cherry cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you would need for a gourmet meal. There is a large, 6 person farmhouse table to enjoy your meals and a comfortable living room with a new 65" TV and VCR with many movies to choose from. and 2 swivel recliners. If you need to work, we have a desk area with free wifi. Currently TV service is only internet TV, no cable or phone are provided. The master bedroom offers a very comfortable king size bed, a 55" flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity with granite counters. Wall mounted hair dryer, make up mirror and shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided in master bathroom. There is also a huge walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a bright and sunny queen bedroom with 50" flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle twin bed, with a pull out drawer bed for a second child and a 32" flat screen TV. There is also pack n play for the baby. Laundry room with washer and dryer with laundry soap, iron, ironing board and laundry basket. This property is fully stocked with all kitchen cookware, crockpot, regular coffee pot combined with Keurig, Kitchenaid blender, toaster, spice racks, milk shake maker, all linens, towels, hairdryers and much more. Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish tablets, and garbage bags are provided. Minimum Rental Age is 25 years.No Smoking indoors (penalty will incur).NOTE: There is a long, dangerous drop off beyond the fence. Do not go beyond the fenced area.
