One of the first things that you'll notice when you arrive is that you are right on the water! The front deck opens to the dock and lake. This home is located down a quiet dead-end road - you can not get lost as the path leads there! The deck has several seating areas for you to relax and enjoy the solitude of the home while chatting and enjoying the lake. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom enjoy private access to the deck with sitting areas just outside the sliding doors.
As you step in the front door you are greeted with a wide windowed view of the lake. The house is full of light and has an airy feeling but blocks views of neighbors, providing a sense of privacy and communion with the lake. An open floor plan means that the kitchen, dining and living room are one space and it's easy to chat while preparing a meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, drip coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes/tableware and dining area. The living room area includes comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Off the living room is a full bathroom with a combined shower/tub. In this 3 bedroom home there is a master BR with 1 King bed and small extra resting area with a futon and full bath. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and private access to the deck with sitting area through an adjoining. door. The bunk room has two sets of beds: 2 twins and 2 doubles, fun for kids of all ages and is at the other end of the house to keep the peace for the adults.
Outside a fire pit is available for bonfires and roasting marshmallows and a propane barbecue is available for grilling. Bring your gear and fish right from the dock. The dock is great for fishing (please bring your own gear), jumping into the water, or mooring your boat.
