Jenseits des Hotelbusiness bietet unser individuelles Apartment die Möglichkeit Sport, Wellness & Natur aufgrund der Rheinnähe mit Arbeit zu verbinden. Denn die Messe Düsseldorf ist gut erreichbar (20 Autominuten, 40 Minuten per Fahrrad, 50 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - Haltestelle "Ehinger Berg"). Genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang auf unserer kleinen Terrasse vor dem Haus (diese ist nur für Sie reserviert).
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch ein sehr schönes Bäckerei-Café mit umfangreichen Frühstücksangebot (Parkplatz vorhanden), Supermarkt mit umfangreichem Getränkeangebot, Pizzeria & Burgerrestaurant fußläufig.
Selbstverständlich parken Sie kostenfrei nahe unseres Grundstücks. Mitgebrachte eBikes können kostenfrei in unserer Garage abgestellt werden. Unser Parkplatz verfügt über eine Wallbox zum Aufladen des eAutos (kostenpflichtig). Für Umweltbewusste: unser Haus verfügt über eine Solaranlage.
Achtung Radfahrer:
Der Duisburger Süden/Düsseldorfer Norden ist ein Paradis für Radfahrer. Umfangreiche Routenempfehlungen nebst Restauranttipps werden kostenfrei gestellt. Mit dem Rad kann man u.a. Kaiserswerth in 30 Minuten über den Rheindeich erreichen oder die Düsseldorfer Altstand in 60 Minuten.
Städtetour mit Hund - auch große Hunde sind herzliche willkommen:
Unser Apartment ist nicht nur für Geschäftsreisende sondern auch für Hundeliebhaber geeignet, da man in rd. 5 Minuten in den schönen Mündelheimer Rheinauen bist. Hier kann man mit seinem Liebling ausgedehnte Spaziergängen in freier Natur unternehmen. Freilauf ist möglich (aber Achtung: in den Rheinaue ist neben Kaninchen, Füchsen, Masern, Rebhühnern eine Dammwildherde beheimatet!).
Wir stellen für Ihren vierbeinigen Schatz ein großes Körbchen und Näpfe zur Verfügung. Eine "Hundeapotheke" mit Zeckenzange ist natürlich im Haus vorhanden. Leinen inkl. Schleppleine können geliehen werden.
Für Notfälle ist ein internistisches Tierarztzentrum mit Hundezahnarzt in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Duisburg verfügt über zwei Tierkliniken. Das renommierte Tierarztzentrum Kleve (Dr. Camp) ist nur 45 Minuten entfernt -
der nächste große Fressnapf-Shop nur einen Katzensprung über die Mündelheimer Rheinbrücke entfernt.
