The Barnett log home provides a mountain lodge atmosphere with all the comforts of home. The great room, kitchen and dining area are completely open with a wall of windows looking toward the lake. A bedroom and bath complete the main level. At the top of the stairs on the second level is a reading area; two additional bedrooms and a bath complete the upstairs. A ping-pong table, air hockey, a foosball table, and TV/VCR/DVD are provided for your entertainment on the lower level family room. Enjoy the wrap-around partially covered deck with a gas grill that over looks the lake or the outdoor barbeque pit offer the perfect place for outdoor dining. Floating on a raft in the wide cove, swimming, fishing or sunbathing from the stationary dock will be fun for all. This home is located near the State Park, which has a great beach, roped swimming area, paddleboats and numerous other activities. Pet Friendly, subject to Pet Policies and additional fees.

Notes:
1. Once your reservation is processed, a Reservation Confirmation and a Guest License Agreement (Rental Contract) will be sent by email.
2. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check- out is 10 am. No exceptions.
3. Linen service has been included in your reservation. If you wish to Opt Out of the Linen Service, you may do so by contacting our office. Please note that if you Opt Out, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, as they will not be provided.
4. If you place your reservation through VRBO/Homeaway, you will see two separate charges - one from RSI Rentals (your first half deposit, or your entire amount if less than 30 days from arrival), and second from VRBO - their booking service fee. This fee is charged directly from VRBO and is not part of any charges collected by RSI. All communication and second payments will be made directly to RSI Rentals, not through VRBO/Homeaway.
5.Advance Reservations for the next calendar year can be made; however, please be aware that the reservation is subject to change. Current advertised rates are for this year only, and may not be the same for next year. Owner's have until the end of the current year to confirm their rates, fees, amenities and availability for next year. You will be notified the following January of any changes and will have the option to confirm or cancel your
reservation. If you choose to cancel, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
This home will welcome your pet (restrictions apply) with additional pet fees. Pet fees will be added to your reservation and billed during final confirmation with RSI Rentals.
