Don't settle for a teeny tiny, small, outdated 1 or 2 BR in an old 70's complex.. The condo is so Comfortable. The kitchen has all cookware, wine chiller, Calphalon & Cuisinart for your gourmet meal preparation, it overlooks the DR & LR and continues to the spacious screened in porch. It is an open great room allowing you to socialize and enjoy your company. Escape to the screened-in porch and rock the afternoon away on the 2 Antique Wrought Iron Rockers, cool off with a chilled wine or cocktail. Outside fan cools you off on those hot Georgia nights.(see floor plan photo) Beyond the double doors is a comfortable desk For FLETC instructors. Bring your laptop to stay in touch...
