Barn Cottage is located on the Garlic Farm nestled at the foot of Mersley Down in the Arreton Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are steps down to the property then it is all on one level with living and ding room and kitchen area leading into the hallway and bedrooms. The is one bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Chickens, peacocks and red squirrels roam freely around the farm with highland cattle and horses in the surrounding fields.
The farm is ideally located for exploring the Island, lying at the hub of miles of footpaths and cycle ways for which the Island is famous with beaches no more than 10 minutes away by car.
