Equipped with theater seats, 100 inch screen, state of the art projector, surroundsound, and beautiful LED lighting! POOL (non heated) The property has a really fun non-heated swimming pool with an attached cold tub. Perfect for the hot Arizona weather! HOT TUB/SPA The property has an above ground hot tub that is perfect for all ages! The fee to heat the hot tub is only $50 per day. For best service please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your check in date to request hot tub heating MAKE-UP ROOM This house has a dedicated make-up room with LED light make-up mirrors to allow your beautiful to shine bright! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THIS SECTION BEFORE BOOKING MY PROPERTY Hello all of my potential future guest! I want to thank you for considering my property. I want you to enjoy every second of your stay, but because my neighborhood has a very strict noise ordinance my property does not allow any loud activity WHAT IS LOUD ACTIVITY YOU MAY ASK?? Good Question! Loud activity is any activity that can be heard by my neighbors. If they can hear it past then it is disturbing them. So for this reason my home does not allow the following: - No loud music - No screaming or excessively loud talking on the patio - no popping balloons or streamers And to ensure these house rules are followed our property has noise detection devices and security cameras (outside only) NOICE DETECTION DEVICE The noise detection device is set at a really high level so only very Excessive loud noises will set it off. **what WILL NOT set it off** kids or adults laughing, singing, playing and having a good time. Kids running around playing all the games will be no issue at all! Everyone can play all night long even past 8pm **what WILL set it off** having a party past 8pm. Loud music played by speaker pasted 8pm. Screaming and yelling past 8pm. SECURITY CAMERAS The cameras are recording but not being monitored and only in place to protect if an issue arises. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are placed on the exterior of the property. There are two cameras total. One camera is placed at the front door entrance. The second camera is placed at the side gate I want you to enjoy your stay in our home, I only ask that you do it at a respectable noise level. Our home has a noise ordinance and quiet time from 9 PM to 8 AM POOL, SPA, LANDSCAPING SERVICE We take pride in our property and we have the pool, spa, and landscaping serviced 1 or 2 a week. by reserving our home you agree to allow the service people in the front yard and backyard areas to make sure everything is perfect for your stay! PROPANE TANK We provide empty propane Tanks so you never have to worry about bringing your own! You can fill up the tank at the local home depot or Walmart. please do not damage the tanks IN-DOOR FIREPLACE The fireplace inside the house is for decoration purposes only.
