The Space:
Villa Ithika is part of our Barbati Beach Villas complex, consisting of 4 separate properties (Villa Paxos, Villa Zante, and Villa Lefkada) each with their own facilities, fenced gardens, and heated swimming pools. They can each be rented individually just like a regular villa, OR they can be rented as a group. This is a perfect option for large groups of friends or families traveling together who want to be close to each another but still have their own space and privacy!
The Villas are located in the beautiful area of Barbati in Corfu and are only 40 meters away from the beach.
Villa Ithika is like a Grecian dream come true. The Villa is on one level. You will find a snug living room furnished with comfortable couches and a television. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and more, along with an eat-in dining table that seats 4. (A BBQ area is located next to the pool for cooking outdoors!) From these common areas, you have direct access out onto the flagstone terrace through a pair of double glass doors.
The Villa can sleep 4 guests in total: There are two bedrooms and two family bathrooms. The first room is furnished with a pair of spacious twin beds that share one easily accessible full bathroom. The second bedroom has another pair of spacious twin beds and its own en suite full bathroom. This bedroom also has a private patio entrance that overlooks the swimming pool and garden.
Outdoors, we invite you to relax and sunbathe on one of the chaise lounges that surround the shining blue swimming pool. An outdoor dining table on the patio offers an opportunity to further enjoy the lovely weather. Along with a billiard table for some extra fun activity.
For your convenience, bed linens are changed weekly and towels once a week. Cleaning services are offered once a week.
There are also several mini markets, stores, cafes, beach bar restaurants, and local Greek tavernas nearby. Barbati Beach Villas really does have it all!

(v) Heating of pool has an extra charge of 30 euros per day. This swimming pool has been fitted with a Pool Heater Pump making the pool about 3°C to 5°C warmer at 1 pm than a non-heated pool.
(vi) This property will not accommodate parties, events, or large gatherings without pre-approval of owner.
(vii) Only the registered amount of guests are allowed to stay at the property.
(viii) Noise complaints or violation of house rules may result in early eviction without notice at no refund.
(ix) Lost keys will incur a EUR 100 replacement fee.
