Negative: booking in was painful, told to phone 30 minutes before arriving which we did but the staff seemed confused, asking where we were, dont know why, we know the area well and we were 30 minutes away. anyway arrived and nobody there, phoned again but continually engaged got through yet again very confused conversation even our taxi driver talking in Greek got very frustrated. paid my taxi and he left leaving us at the apartment pictureed on booking.com, finally 20 minutes later someone turned up and then told us this was not our apartment but we were 100m up from it started walking up with luggage and wheelchair told to stop not sure if this was the correct one then yes it was. Finally got in!
