This is a fully set up and furnished family home that is available to rent for your holiday. It's ready for you to just move in but there is still plenty of room for your personal items and possibly a few pieces of your furniture that you would like to bring. Please contact us to discuss.
The spacious and functional kitchen has two huge domed glass windows looking onto the outdoor living of the north facing deck and garden.
Located right in the heart of Brunswick Heads, a short stroll from the glorious beaches, river, cafes and shops.
3 delightful bedrooms that are fresh and bright with comfortable beds. 5 guests accommodated in beds while an extra guest can have a single mattress available.
Facilities -
Ceiling fans and abundant windows provide sufficient cooling in summer and there are heaters in winter.
All linen is provided (including beach towels). Please speak to me about your bedding requirements in case we can make adjustments to suit you. With 4 bedrooms this home can accommodate a large family with ample room in comfort and unique style.
We have kids ourselves so there are many things in the house set up to entertain children such as books, board games and toys for kids of all ages. There is an open garden space at the front of the property where you can keep an eye on the kids from the kitchen or the deck.
Location -
You will be relaxed and peaceful in our quiet street, yet moments away from all the 'simple pleasures' of Brunswick Heads. Swimming, surfing fishing, ocean beaches, river beaches walking tracks plus the vibrant Bruns cafes, restaurants, interesting shops and historic beautiful pub.
You are also ideally located to explore the beautiful hinterland and surrounding villages, as well as being close to festivals and the festival shuttle bus. Byron/Ballina airport is 25min drive and Gold Coast airport is 35 min drive.
The house and front garden is entirely yours during your stay.
Of note there will be someone staying in an entirely separate studio room attached to the back of the house that is accessed from a path down the side of house.
Additionally there are two small flats at the back of the block that have their own private access from the rear lane of this large block, so you are unlikely to even see them during your stay.
The back garden is for communal use of the house and flats (in practice it is never used by the flats other than occasional access to their back door or to hang out washing :)
There is a chicken coop at the very back of the garden with a few egg laying hens. Feel free to pop in to pat/feed the chooks and collect any fresh eggs! Or you can leave themselves to it as the tenant in the back flat looks after the chickens and waters the back garden while we are away :) There is a trampoline in the back yard and swings in the tree out the front which you are more than welcome to use. If you do, please take care and supervise children as their use is of course it is at your own risk.
