This industrial loft located on the 11th floor of the 16 floor building. Enjoy views that capture the sprawling Fresno cityscape. For sleeping arrangements, there is one King bed in an open floor plan loft. Here are a few things to note before booking: -NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS (other than the ones on the reservation) OR VISITORS. The maximum number of guests allowed in the unit is 2. Failure to comply will result in an addition $100 per person fee for anyone visiting. -NO SMOKING: Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping inside the loft or in the Building.
