Bandon Ocean Breeze is a very comfortable and spacious custom built two story family home with wonderful views of the beach and South Jetty. This well-equipped home boasts two full living levels. On the upper level there is a large open concept kitchen, spacious living and dining room, master bedroom/bathroom and separate guest bedroom with full bathroom. On the lower level, there is a family room with futon bed sofa, mini-kitchen with table, two guest bedrooms, full bath and laundry. This home is ideally located on Bandon's famous South Jetty where the Coquille River meets the Pacific Ocean. Being on the jetty means you are right at beach level and have direct beach access just a short walk down the block. Once on the sand, you can stroll for miles, enjoying the abundant wildlife and wonderful views. You will see a wide array of birds, and maybe even a whale or some seals. Within another short walk you can also get to Bandon's famous "Old Town" where you will find lots of cute shops, fabulous bistros and restaurants. Finish off your day watching the beautiful sunsets from one of the two covered sun decks. Bandon Ocean Breeze is also just a short drive away from the world famous Bandon Dunes Golf Resort north of town, or Bandon Crossings Golf Course on the south side of town. You may also decide to try horseback riding, do some fishing or crabbing and go see the Wild Animal Game Park. Within a few hour's drive you can also go down to see Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park.
