This outstanding property has been totally renovated. Views of the Banana River are panoramic and dock has two kayaks. Kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Location is near Cocoa Pier and several great shops and restaurants. Orlando attractions are only 60 miles west so day trips are easy. Watch space launches while enjoying warm breezes in the back yard. You can catch fish off the dock or rent a boat to explore Indian and Banana rivers. Beach access is only a couple blocks from home.
Cleaning staff now only uses List N disinfectants that are recommended by CDC. Large yard offers social distancing from neighbors.

Summary: House was clean—awesomely stocked kitchen, beautiful pool/hot tub, sunrise and sunset on back dock on the river was so relaxing! Walk to the beach and Publix 2 blocks away. A slice of paradise right in the middle of hustle and bustle! Thanks to the owners for their willingness to share their home and to the management/cleaning team!!
