This one bedroom (queen mattress), 3/4 bath, 700 sq ft (65 m^2) contemporary flat is steps from a bus to downtown (5 miles, (8 km), 30 minute commute). Separate, secured entrance, private space. Great location in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. Walking distance to several excellent 4.5 star restaurants and food options within walking distance (Cuban/Caribbean, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, Scandinavian, Breakfast (advance reservations recommended), Bakery/Coffee & Pizza).

You have your own private entrance to the Flat.
Access to the Flat: From the sidewalk there is a short medium steep driveway up to the main entrance (French doors), secured by a keyless Smart Lock. Once inside the outer entryway there are two steps to enter the Flat secured by a second keyless Smart Lock. Once inside the Flat there are no additional stairs.
All new construction. New appliances and furniture throughout.
The Ballard Flat is ideally suited for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. Bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress (80” x 60” x 12”, 203 cm x 152 cm x 30 cm) plus living area with fold out queen size sofa bed (79”x 56”, 201 cm x 144 cm) (extra guest fees apply).

- Consistent with Ballard’s Scandinavian roots, the Flat includes a 4 person 9’ x 5’ (45 sq ft; 4.2 m^2) dry sauna. You will have exclusive, private use of the sauna as needed (the host will have private use of the sauna as needed when you are not using it).
Your privacy is secured. You will be provided robes, slippers, and plenty of towels. No additional fees required. For safety reasons, you will need to consent to a separate agreement to use the sauna PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Link is located on the booking confirmation.
