There are 3 Bedrooms including Room a King Bed, another good size room with a Queen size bed and 1 smaller room with a single bed with trundle, desk and chair.

An open plan dinning/kitchen, with plenty of light and all modern facilities, including coffee, tea and all cooking utensils you need to cook and large partry.
BATHROOM
Including a recently renovated bathroom that features a large shower.

The Lounge is Spacious for you all to relax, sit back and watch a movie as we have Free Wifi and Netfix for your Enjoyment.

You are in a quiet street in the heart of Brown Hill, this is on a property with 2 other apartments which have been built on the back of the property.
There is a gorgeous Bushland reserve with lots of walking tracks to choose from just a couple of minute drive away or 10 Minute walk away.
Check out the local sporting clubs or great farmers markets on the last Saturday of every month from 9am to 1pm.
With a vast range of cuisine to choose from in Ballarat you will struggle to decide which place to choose. So just a few tips on my favourite places to check out:
Yellow Espresso is by far Ballarat’s best Coffee and the café food there is also divine
Feeling like Spanish Food, go to a place called Meigas, absolutely love their Seafood!
Funky spot at Mitchell Harris Wine Bar, great atmosphere lovely wines and the food is also delicious.
Feeling like Indian go to a place called Ballarat Curry House, their Butter Chicken is to die for, Curries are bursting with Flavour and oh that Naan bread is so yummy.
So many more amazing places to eat just shoot us a message and what you feel like and we will tell you the place to go!
Don’t forget to go check out Sovereign Hill if you get the chance. All that people rave about is true it is a place to definitely visit if you haven’t already. Ballarat Wildlife park and Midlands Reserve And Water Park is also a great spot to take the kids. Kryal Castle is another great place to visit too. You have the Ballarat Wineries to visit as well. The Eureka Trailis is about a 3.5km walk, you have the walking trails in Brown Hill and you can hike the Buninyong track, which has gorgeous views from the top.
If you still haven’t had enough of looking around Ballarat, the Countryside of Daylesford is just a 37 minute drive there is so much to see and do would be great to go for a day visit.

If you are arriving into Tullamarine Airport and not picking up a car, the airport is 100km to the unit, the best way to get there is by going via National Highway M8.
CHECK IN IS 3PM Please do not try to access the apartment before 3pm. If you are arriving into Ballarat early and would like an early check in, please reach out the day before arrival to see if it would be possible. Due to tight time frames between guests, we need to insure our cleaners and maintenance team have time to work their magic, so we won’t be able to provide access to the apartment until they have finished.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: We currently don’t have a place to store your Luggage prior to your stay.
CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 11AM.
ON ARRIVAL: Park your car in the driveway and check your AirBnB message sent to you this morning with the Unit passcode. Just touch lock screen will appear to enter numbers then press the ↲ button (eg.111111↲) then pull handle down and push open door. To close the door, push close and pull the handle up to lock the door.
PARKING: You have the entire driveway on the right of the Unit to park.
HOW TO FIND THE UNIT:
DEPARTURE: Please empty the bins (see further instructions below) and be sure to close the door property behind you on your departure day by 11 AM. Please also leave the apartment in a tidy manner as you found it. All dishes are to be done and towels to be left hanging on the towel racks.
BEDDING: There is a King Bed, Queen Bed and Double bunk bed. We also have a sofa bed, if you expect to use this we can organise to have this set up for you. If you have chosen to do this yourself you just take cushions off the couch, pull the handle up and towards you and unfold the bed. There is Double Bed Linen labelled for you in the Cupboard.
TV: Turn TV on using the remote provided. Just press you can access Netflix and other Apps such as Youtube, Nine Now ect. Simply press the Netflix button on the remote for unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows.
RUBBISH The rubbish bin is hidden the cupboard in the Kitchen to the right of the kitchen sink. The spare rubbish bags are at the bottom of the Bin. The big bins are in the back yard next to the shed, please put the big rubbish bins out at the front of the Unit Wednesday night as they are collected on the Thursday.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet Unit building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise. Quiet Hours are between: 10PM and 8AM. Please no parties, no smoking & no pets.
