Sip your coffee on the private, fenced patio overlooking nature. Location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near trendy and classy shopping districts. Known for its "Live, Work and Play" concept its quickly become a top choice area in the city! With uptown only 18 miles away, guests will never lack something to see, do, taste, or experience!
This recently renovated 2 bedroom townhome is located in the heart of the Ballantyne area with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Restaurants nearby are some of the best in the city! Our neighborhood does have a pool guests can use during the warm months.
Our home was specially designed for guests and has all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and all the tools you need to whip up your favorite dish! Be sure to take a seat in the dining area where we have seating for 4. In the living room, guests will have plenty of seating for entertainment. Spend the night in watching a movie on the 50" Smart TV with the Spectrum app available for streaming. Also downstairs you'll have a convenient half bath.

Summary: The listing fell short in many areas. The kitchen stove, some dishes, and the pot holders were very dirty. There was a used, old sponge left for our use. It is not a fully stocked kitchen. I had to use a pot to make a salad for the family as there are not any large bowls. The sheets were microfiber and not "luxurious" as stated. The towels were not "soft, plush" either. They were so worn and old. Ones I'd use for my pets. The lighting is dim. The blinds in the living room were lopsided with no wand to open the slats. When I moved the lamp in the bedroom, there was a brown ring underneath. If I'm paying a cleaning fee, the place should be clean! The only positive note is the location. It is a nice area. When the owner sent a message on the day after we arrived, I thought that was nice. However, when I mentioned a few items and asked about some extra pillows, she never responded again. Why ask?
