A light and spacious family holiday home with spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen plus sliding glass doors that open to the large undercover all weather deck for the casual BBQ and easy entertaining.

Located just a 30 second walk from the rear entrance of the Middleton Beach Huts and their famous Blues restaurant. This house is perfect for those needing somewhere close by to stay when attending a wedding.
Enjoy a 7 minute stroll to the sandy shores of Middleton beach or the same time to walk through to the cafes, bakery and pub on the Main Street.
The house itself is very well equipped for family entertaining and there are three spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with tri bunk as well as a set of single bed bunks. Two bathrooms service the three bedrooms.
All bed linen, tea towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are included.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
Well behaved dogs are permitted with permission.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
