This lovely family home is located within walking distance to both Killalea National Park with beautiful beaches, and the newly established Shellharbour Waterfront Marina with cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.
The Space:
Enjoy the spacious feel of the home with 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, as well as a downstairs powder room for your convenience.
The spacious deck with BBQ and fire pit is great for the family and friends to enjoy as well as the spacious yard with a trampoline and kids cubby house. This home is perfect for a family with children.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house but NOT the garage.

You will be surrounded by Beaches at this amazing location! Killalea Beach is within a 5-7 minute walk, The Shallows is a 3 minute drive away, Shellharbour North & South Beach within a 5 minute drive away.
Jamberoo Action Park is a 22 minute drive away, Stockland Shopping Centre is within an 8 minute drive, Dunmore Train Station is down the road, and local bus stops along Addison Street for local transport.

IMPORTANT
There is a tenant in the studio attached to the right hand side of the property who has access only to the shared laundry which is key locked externally and internally for guests. The tenant also uses a small grassed space to the right hand side of the house for use of washing line.

Our home is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
