With over 300sqm of Luxury, our Two Level, Three Bedroom, Three Bathroom Absolute Beach Front Penthouse is an amazing holiday destination!! Our "Three Bedroom Bale Penthouse Suite" is situated in a luxury private resort hideaway located at Bale Salt Village in Kingscliff on the sought after New Tweed Coast in far northern NSW, and is just 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport and a 30 minute drive from Byron Bay. This apartment has a private roof top terrace with hot tub jacuzzi and outside lounge as well as second balcony with BBQ and undercover outdoor dining. You may notice that Stayz online check out will charge a SERVICE FEE. This service fee is to cover the credit card payment processing surcharge fee for your online booking, and is 2 percent of your total reservation. This service fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the new Stayz online payment booking system, and is charged automatically upon checkout. As a guest at our Luxury Penthouse, you will have exclusive access to the Peppers Bale private 20m pool, spa and lounge area which is available only to a select 41 Bale owners and their guests. Included with your reservation is access to the Peppers Bale Private exclusive pool, the Peppers Lagoon Pool and poolside bar. Beautifully furnished by "Robertson's Furniture & Interior Design", this luxuriously appointed Penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, and is able to comfortably sleep 6 people. Standard Bedding in this Penthouse is a KING BED in the Master Bedroom, a KING BED in the Second Bedroom, and TWO SINGLE BEDS in bedroom Three. The TWO SINGLE BEDS in bedroom Three can be made into a KING BED on request at an additional cost of $20. Please advise upon booking if this is required. Beds cannot be changed on arrival. Linen, Bath towels and Beach towels are included in your nightly tariff quote, along with costs associated with your departure clean. We ask that you leave our Penthouse tidy condition when you depart. We supply L'Occitane Verbena Shampoo, L'Occitane Verbena Conditioner and L'Occitane Verbena Leaf Soap in every bathroom. The Master bedroom ensuite has dual vanity basins and a deluxe double spa with views of the ocean, along with Two Luxury Robe's that are supplied for your use during your stay. As we are a private owner rental direct to the guest, there is no daily servicing of this Penthouse during your stay, however our Penthouse has a laundry which is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer. Standard Check out clean is included in Tariff. If requested, a mid stay service clean can be organised for you with prior notice at an additional cost. We ask that you leave the Penthouse in a Tidy condition (inc the Kitchen) upon your departure. Our Penthouse is fully self-contained, with a special eye for entertainment in every room.
