This retreat boasts amazing lakeside views from the front AND rear of the house. This location is home to chickens, cats, and hard-working farm dogs that keep the animals safe. Please be aware you might hear the dogs barking at night to ward off those pesky coyotes! Please DO NOT under any circumstances enter the chicken coop or handle the chickens. On any given day you may observe various forms of wildlife on the property to include geese, ducks, deer, wild turkey, fox, racoon, opossum and even the rare but occasionally seen black bear or bald eagle. Please DO NOT attempt to interact with the wild animals under any circumstances. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO HUNTING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED AT BALDWIN ACRES HOMESTEAD.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
