Summary: This unit worked great for our family. Plenty of updates and plenty of room. The building itself is older, but this unit feels new. There is a great view off the back deck. We even watched dolphins pass by while enjoying our coffee. The public beach access is right across the street and the unit comes with everything you need to enjoy a day on the sand.
