Balblair Cottage is one of a few historic "Sleeper Buildings" in Boat of Garten, built after the railway came to Boat of Garten in 1863.
The large open plan dining-kitchen area has a wood burning stove in it, and always a few logs ready to light. In the living room, there is an additional wood burning fireplace. Additionally, the master bedroom, a wee bunk room, a sun room, and a full bathroom are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, another 2 bedrooms and full bathroom.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was clean, warm and very well kitted out with everything we needed. Appreciated the additional extras such as logs, wine and biscuits. We would highliy recommend and it is in a great location too - hopefully we will be back.
