The Space:
The Villa is near many of Ibiza's famous restaurants, nightlife and beach clubs, such as Julz, Jondal, Blue Marlin, Cova Santa, Tropicana, Sunset Ashram, El Chiringuito, Jockey Club, Sa Trinx, Restaurant Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa Beach Club, Ushuaia, HÏ, Lio, Amnesia and Pacha.
Stunning beaches such as Salinas, Es Xarco, Sa Caleta, Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, Cala Jondal, Porroig, Es Cavallet, Es Codols, Cala Baltrana, Es Torrent and Playa D'en Bossa are within 5-15 minutes away.
We provide more stringent cleaning procedures for our properties to ensure our guests' health and safety. All our bed linens, bathroom towels and pool towels are professional laundry.

The charming Villa offers a perfect place to holiday or retreat in Ibiza. The lush Villa is situated in the middle of natural green forestry with mountain and sea views. Although the Villa is secluded and private in Sant Josep, it is less than 10 minutes from Ibiza town and 5 minutes from Ibiza airport.
The Villa has a private 50 M2 swimming pool and 64 M2 multi-functional yoga decking space. There are 2x Balinese beds and sufficient sun loungers to enjoy the pool area. Balasana villa is a cocoon in a natural and herbal garden around the property.
The Villa has two large outdoor terraces and a BBQ station for those all-important pre and post-dinner party gatherings.
We can change the bedroom configuration and replace some double beds with single beds if needed. The Villa is set up for 12 guests. For more info on room configuration and more than 12 guests' capacity, please inquire.

The Villa has a furnished outdoor lounge and indoor lounge with Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, Flat Screen SmartTV, Mobile Bluetooth Speakers, sofas, a dining room, a coffee table and chairs.

A spacious kitchen with a quality range of fixtures and fittings to provide everything guests could need for self-catering: Fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, grill, oven, and microwave.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service: Pretty Green Property Management does provide towels, linen and housekeeping with our services. We can provide extra services upon request.

Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay with us in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet and private Neighbourhood. Wooded location, yet in eight minutes, you can be on the beach or in Ibiza town to enjoy the magical island of Ibiza.
Getting Around:
Best to use a rental car or taxi for your local transfers. We will provide directions, coordinates and location once your booking is confirmed.
Other Things to Note:
Refundable breakage Deposit
We will block a refundable breakage deposit of €2,000 upon arrival for extra services or damages. This refundable breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within three working days after check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any extra service fees or damages to claim.
We can offer boat charter, transfers, extra cleaning, private chef, and food and spirit shopping service to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information should you wish to book this optional service.
House Rules
Concerning neighbouring villas and local Spanish laws, parties, loud music and loud noise that disturbs our neighbours are forbidden. Quiet hours are from 22:00 until 9:00. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. Please be respectful if you want to play music, especially at night.
Installing any DJ equipment or sound system on the property is strictly forbidden. Failure to follow the no-party policy will lead to immediate removal from the property without warning and a refund!
If throwing a not permitted party and creating loud noises during night times (quiet hours!) might lead to the loss of electricity. By booking this listing, you agree that you will follow the house rules and be a respectful guest, and if you do not follow the house rules and create loud party noises at night times, a loss of electricity won't be an issue for you. Furthermore, you agree that you will need to leave the property without a refund if breaking the house rules.
Before check-out, if you moved any furniture, please return them to where they were at check-in. Please remove the big rubbish bags from your villa. Please do not leave or store rubbish bags outside the villa to not attract unwelcome animals for you and the following guests. At check-in, we will instruct you where to find the garbage containers. Check-in time is 15:00 or 16:00 (per your property reservation agreement), and check-out time is 10:00. We can only allow later check-out times if there are no new arrivals on the same day. The villa is a self-serviced property with a starter kit of toilette paper, soap, trash bags, detergent for the dishwasher, bed linen and three towels per person.
Smoking is only permitted outside or on balconies of the property. It is not allowed inside the property.
The use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. Guests are expressly advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool.
We will provide you with three sets of keys for the property at check-in. Please keep them safe, as, in the event of a loss, we will need to change locks and reprogram the security alarm and gate remote at your expense.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order. The guest must pay for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
Guests are responsible for the security of their villa during occupancy.
The rental rate is valid for the confirmed number of guests.
