Summary: I was ‘upgraded’ to a one bedroom apartment. I booked a large suite. The stairs to the apartment are very very steep and not ideal with a large suitcase. The bathroom is very very small and the sink impossible to wash over. The kitchen is basically in a cupboard. Very very disappointed. I complained upon arrival and asked for the studio which I booked and was told there was none available
