The entrance, on the ground floor, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, a fireplace and a kitchenette with counter and stools, complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and a toaster. The sleeping area, located upstairs, consists of two attic rooms, both including a closet. The first comes with a bunk bed, the second features a queen-size bed in iron and boasts a view of Isola Comacina. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
